Join Tiffany for a candid conversation about the digital divide in our homes—and our own handbags. As busy creators and entrepreneurs, we’re tethered to our phones for the hustle, yet we’re side-eyeing our kids' screen time. Time to clean our own side of the street, restore our peace of mind, and reclaim real connection.

We’ll talk about what keeps us tethered and how to trade the "always-on" anxiety for real-world presence. We’ll hear insights from Generation Remix’s youth leaders, the kids who have grown up navigating the digital madness. Come for the solidarity, stay for the sanity, and leave with the tools to foster deeper connections at home and within yourself.

Tiffany is the founder of Generation Remix, a local nonprofit helping teens tackle the rising youth mental health challenge by creating and implementing digital wellbeing programs.
