THE GATHERING
Room at the Table is a celebratory evening that unites some of the Bay Area's most vibrant women's communities under one roof. We're gathering the founders, the connectors, the community leaders — and the brilliant women they've inspired — for a warm, high-energy soiree that honors the collective power of what we're all creating and a celebration of women.

THE VENUE
We're gathering at ERIA — a woman-owned, waterfront jewel in Sausalito with sweeping deck views of the San Francisco skyline. Think candlelight, bay breezes, live female musicians, and stunning atmosphere.
We chose ERIA intentionally: as a woman-owned business, for its beauty, and its capacity to host all of these brilliant communities coming together as one.

We begin the evening by introducing and honoring each featured community leader. It’s a meaningful moment to honor, listen, and appreciate the women who are thoughtfully shaping our women’s communities.
Cross-Community Connection
This is a space for natural, unhurried connection. You may find yourself in conversation with someone you might not otherwise have met — and often, those are the exchanges that stay with you long after the evening ends.
Music & Bites
Live music from Cory Jamison, one of the leading cabaret artists in America. She’ll add to our warm, inviting atmosphere as you enjoy thoughtfully prepared bites from The Heirloom Chef and mocktails (a full cash bar with upscale wines and craft cocktails will be available, too).
Golden Hour Mini Headshots: The extraordinarily talented Sarah Deragon will be capturing complimentary mini headshots out on the deck. Come ready to step into your visibility.
Mini Tarot Readings by Halicue Hanna, who combines Tarot expertise, spiritual gifts, professional skills, and the richness of her own diverse ancestral history and culture.
