A painful falling out with a close colleague. A friend who did something that felt like a betrayal. A stinging comment from your mother-in-law---again. A boss who did the toxic thing.
These are what we might call "everyday hurts" - the painful woundings that happen to all of us regularly in work and life. They take a real toll: lingering resentment, rumination we can't stop, a loss of confidence, a sense of bewilderment.
Most of us never learn how to heal everyday hurts-- not just to move on, but to truly heal the pain and weight of them so we can go forward as our confident, joyful selves. In this workshop, you'll practice a powerful, proven process for healing a hurt, a process you can take with you and apply in all kinds of situations in your life. It's something you can do in one sitting, simply with your pen and paper and a set of guided prompts.
You might know Tara from her book, Playing Big. Tara was seeing so many women in her community held back by painful hurts that this is where she has focused her work in this next chapter. Come experience it!
