This all-levels yoga flow is an invitation to slow down, tune inward, and connect with yourself and with the beautiful Hivery community.
You’ll be guided by Sarah Lee through grounding breathwork, a fun and playful yet intentional flow, moments of reflection, and a sweet, nourishing savasana, all set to a thoughtfully curated playlist.
Expect a full body/mind/soul experience that leaves you feeling centered, energized, and ready to move into the rest of your Friday with clarity and ease.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you love (blocks, blanket, etc.).
Sarah Lee is a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (trained by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield), a certified Pilates and Barre instructor, and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and a B.A. in Music & Psychology.
Her teaching blends movement, mindfulness, and heart-centered presence to create classes that are both grounding and uplifting.
