he Hivery offers gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows in both locations, views of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge in SF and views of the redwoods and idyllic town in Mill Valley, 25 foot high ceilings, operable windows for consistent air circulation, and an outdoor area for all your creative production needs. The Hivery Mill Valley is nestled in the heart of downtown Mill Valley with large windows and beautiful natural lighting.

You’ll have full “run-of-the-space” and can utilize our spacious, art-filled open space, or one of our five high-design conference rooms. You can utilize our furniture, props, and creativity-filled space to produce the perfect online presence, including:

• Newly renovated and brand-new furnishings with a very flexible layout

• Open flow, and perfect for production/film shoots.

• Artistic murals and artwork throughout.

• Flexible furniture options to create multiple looks.

• Vaulted ceilings with an abundance of natural light streaming through large windows and glass doors.

• Fast WiFi and Sonos sound system covers all indoor/outdoor areas.

We can recommend videographers, photographers, makeup artists, or production experts, as needed.

A Hivery team member will be onsite to make sure you have everything you need for a successful production day.

Rental Pricing

Currently we offer full day buyouts of the entire space. We’re open for rentals Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, with extended hours and weekend availability at an additional fee.

San Francisco Fort Mason Location

• $1,800 - Non Member Pricing, Full Day

• $1,500 - Member Pricing, Full Day

Mill Valley Location (1/2 days available)

• $150/hr - 4hr Minimum

• $900 - Full Day

Covid-19 Rental Conditions and Response

• Maximum of 12 people in the space

• Only production, not meetings are allowed (per the State mandates)

• Doors and windows will be left open as much as possible to increase ventilation in space

• Masks are required at The Hivery. You may remove your mask for Zoom recording only

• We are unable to offer coffee, microwave usage, or access to the community fridge

• Kitchen can be used for photo and video shoots

• We will be sanitizing our space after every use and will offer hand sanitizer and wipes throughout the space
